28th Annual Judicial Conference (9/24/15)

CONFERENCE

The United States Court of Federal Claims 28th Annual Judicial Conference will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2015.  Morning sessions will take place at the National Courts Building, 717 Madison Place, NW, with afternoon sessions and an evening reception at the National Press Club, 529 14th Street, NW, 13th floor.

PANELS

The conference will feature panels of interest to members of the bar who practice in all of the court's jurisdictional areas.  The panels this year will include the following topics, among others:

  • Alternative Dispute Resolution in the OSM
  • The Vaccine Program:  "Help Us Help You"
  • Effective Trial Techniques
  • Recent Supreme Court and Federal Court Cases
  • Development in ADR and Pro Bono Representation at the Court

All registration fees will increase by $25 at midnight on September 3, 2015
Registration will CLOSE at noon on September 18, 2015.
(or until maximum occupancy is reached, whichever comes first)

SPONSORSHIPS: Sponsors will receive prominent name placement on program materials and on placards during the Conference, on the court's website, and in the Bar Association's newsletter.

SCHOLARSHIPS: The bar association is offering a limited number of scholarships to attend the conference. Forms may be downloaded by clicking here. Once completed please return to sandy@cfcbar.org by midnight on September 10, 2015.

PLEASE NOTE: When choosing your registration ticket, please pay special attention to the description for each pricing level (government, private practice, member, non-member, etc). Please note that CFC Bar Association membership is not the same as admission to the Bar of the Court; you must be a current paid member of the CFC Bar Association to be eligible for the member rate.
