Join the Court of Federal Claims Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, in conjunction with the Federal Circuit Bar Association, for a Brown Bag/Webinar on E-Discovery.  Our distinguished speakers will cover the basics of e-discovery, its prevalence, and emerging issues.  This brown bag event and webinar will take place on Tuesday, August 29th, from 12-1pm.   

Topics to be addressed include: complex e-discovery issues; the development of e-discovery policies, practices, and training; information management; crafting discovery requests; and proportionality in e-discovery. Registrants may submit questions for the panel to sandy@cfcbar.org.
